📝 Return Policy

1. Return/Exchange Eligibility

Customized products (with name/photo) cannot be returned or exchanged since they are specially made for you.

Non-customized products can be returned or exchanged only if defective/damaged, within 3 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

Share a clear photo/video of the damaged product with us via WhatsApp or email.

Once approved, you will receive a replacement or store credit.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible if the product is unavailable or the order is cancelled before dispatch.

Refunds are not applicable for customized items.
